I bought my 1.5TB xTreme on 1/9/09. It has not worked properly since then. As you can see from the above, they have closed 3 of my cases and left one open. The 3 closed cases were not responded too ever. The one still open, still no word. When I call I am told it is my issue not theirs and it is "OS" specific. Well 4 different OS' later it is still OS specific and not Seagates problem. This company is a crook/scam. Seagate use to be a realiable company, now they are a joke.
