Standby / HEAT problem with Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desktop USB3.0 with 2TB

Hello.

I am a owner of a Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex Desktop USB3.0 with 2TB.

The hdd is okay but it seems for that running and running and running and because of that it going hotter. Last time i see it was on 61 C°!

Here it is a little bit colder:

This is my System:
-AMD Phenom II X2 550 (3,1 GHz)
-Gigabyte GA-880GA-UD3H rev. 2.1 Motherboard
~Integratet Controller for USB 3.0 is NEC D720200F1 (Renesas Electronics USB 3.0 Host Controller)
-2 x 2GB RAM,  3.2GB Ram of that are using for the sytem (Windows 7 Ultimate 32bit), the restis for the OnBoard Grafic.

Of course is the seagate to one my USB 3.0 ports. Sometimes the standby works and the hdd is really shutting down until i woke it up again.

The USB 3.0 own energycontrol is not disabled, see here:

Also a application called: "nusb3mon.exe" ist correctly starting with the system. It comes with the Renesasdriver package.

There is also a tool called:  "Seagate Drive Settings"

You can get some informations with this tool.

The possible settings are:

[1] Energie settings

[2] Check/test the hdd

[3] LED control on/off

[4] Check for software updates (only for SeagateDriveSettings)

My [1] Energie settings are:

And i also check/test my hdd:

And after that i also check the hdd with SeaTools:

And it works good. I make the long, simple test.

Driver for the USB 3.0 Controller are actually:
Company: Renesas Electronics
from: 25.10.2011
Driverrversion: 2.1.28.0

Source: Intel or Station-Drivers

Firmware of the Controller:
3028

Source: Station-Drivers

If i try to plug the drive out by windows, it says this:

Means like: "This device is still in use. Please close all aplications or windows who could be use this device und retry this step."

So i close all known programs and this error comes again. So i check it with procexp.exe ("Find": and put in the drive letter "F:\"):

Can anybody tell what went wrong.

sometimes the standby works sometimes not. mostly not.

What can id do???
