Hello.
I've got a problem with the hard drive.
Every minute it freezes (thinks mb) for a couple of seconds.
(hangs video and so on)
And after another couple of seconds it starts working on again
this graph shows the state of things.
Does anybody have any idea what could be wrong with it?

Does the same problem occur when the drive is connected via USB?

Bummer.
OK, first thing, use the drive in such a way as to produce the lags/delays. Then right-click on (My) Computer > Manage > Event Viewer. Check in all the different categories in the Event Viewer for Errors or Warnings from that exact time when the lag occurred. Let us know what it said.
Once you've done that and noted any of that info, I'd suggest reformatting the drive.

Then try again.

So, Im monitoring my hardDrive for a few days, and problem is still present.
There are no events in Event Viewer in moment of HD lag.
But there are few old errors from date 06.19.2010.

I have changed my Seagate FreeAgent XTreme 1.5TB to internal Hitachi hard drive + small external 2.5" Transcend StoreJet hard drive.
Thank you. goodbye.
