I have four 1TB FreeAgent drives, they seem to be trouble free and I like the quality of the external build.
I also have an internal Maxtor DiamondMax21 500 GB internal drive. I use this drive with USB casing.
This internal drive is starting to make clicking noise, and getting more difficult to get recognized in XP. I was wondering if Seagate offers upgrade from such internal drive to the FreeAgent drive.
