My very reliable drive now has a problem opening...everytime i open it i get this error message:
Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
and my windows dumps and the drive will shut down and not open...
I have checked the drivers and everything is ok
the drive works in my other computer......just not in this one that it worked for years on OK
give me some suggestions
