FAT+ No USB

I've got a FAT+ running 2.23 that will not show any USB drives.  The drives will light and spin up - but never show up in the meny. I have tried a cold reset, loading from both the menu and by holding the reset button - it will never get past the seagate logo when I hold the reset button.  I have also tried loading the 1.55 rescue firmware with no help.  The unit still streams from the network without any issue.

Have you tried to reflash the 2.23 FW using Cold method?

I'm sorry but I write from Italy so excuse me for the language: I have exactly the same!! But I don't have the internet cable or wairless adapter so I cannot use the FAT+.

I have updated (cold) the FAT+ to 2.23; before I was able to use FAT+ never used key, but after the update no one key or hd via USB is able to start on FAT+.

Help me!
