Are you replacing the FAT/FAT+ remote controller? or are you looking for a different remote that works with the FAT/FAT+? If ordering the same remote controller then I'm sure Seagate customer support would know the correct part number.

I missed the freeagent remote control and i need another one compatible with freeagent as i tested several other remote control but they were not working.

If you don't have the FAT/FAT+ remote any more, you can either:
1. Contact Seagate and order a replacement remote.
2. Buy a Harmony remote. The FAT/FAT+ remote codes are in the Harmony database. Any harmony remote would work. There is no need to buy the later model (i.e. expensive).
(Don't bother trying other remotes because none of them has the FAT/FAT+ remote codes)
OTOH, if you still have the FAT/FAT+ remote and don't like Harmony remotes, you can get any universal learning remote and teach the FAT/FAT+ remote to it. Universal learning remotes start from $20 to hundred $, depending how advanced and fancy the remote is. Sony RM-VL610 is a very good $20 remote. Another good $20 remote is the RCA RCRP05B.
