What happens if you login to the forum, then go to My Cases in the left sidebar?
What happens if you login to the forum, then go to Contact Support and click on the email link?

hi
i update my seagete free ageunt theater + this update that was the suggestian of seagate eite.
but after i completed the but after i comleted the update now i just see the segate logo .
and status lighte of my devices is orange and doesnot chawge to green
please help me thenk you
