hi
this MKV wont play on Seagate only network or hhd /// also another movie play but freez some times also both are 1080p
i get msg saying *unknown audio format * and video wont start playing

Does the FAT+ support 7.1 channel audio? I honestly don't know, but that is the only thing I can think of. I've never tried playing anything with 7.1. Granted 99.9% of my stuff is h.264 MP4 encoded and not using an MKV container...and most of that MP4 stuff is AAC audio, generally down mixed from 5.1 dts in probably 90% of cases (a few 7.1 channel down mixes).
