Ok, First, for "My Movies" to add the data automatically, (when I say automatically, what I mean is it will gather the cover art & metadata and apply it to your movie, you still need to do a little work for the FAT+ to see your cover art) you need to have your movie files in a seperate folder, with the folder name being the name of the movie.
NOTE: This works if your movie files are in DVD format, mkv & mp4 (I don't know if it works for avi's, wmv or any other format) (For mkv & mp4's I recomend naming the movie file the same as your movie & placing it in a folder of the same name) (For DVD format, there is no need in renaming the video file names, just make the folder the same name as your movie).
Now, if you have that, open My Movies Collection Manager, the go to "File", click on "Import", click on "Folder Content". A "Browse for Folder" widow should open up, click on the Drive &/or the Folder (select the main Folder, it will import all the data for all the movies in that folder) where your movies are stored then click "Ok".
Once it gets through collecting the cover art & metadata, go to the left side of "My Movies", where there should be a list of your movies. Click on each one to make sure that it has the correct cover art for your movie. If it doesn't, right click on the the movie (in the list on the left), then click "Change Title Source and Data", and a window should pop up. Select the "By Title" tab and in the "Movie Title" box type the title of your movie and click "Search. A list of movies will show up at the bottom, select the one you want to change your cover art to and then click "Change".
Now, for your FAT+ to see the cover art, for your movie you well need to go to the folder were you have your movie and open it. You should see a file named "folder" which will be the front cover art for your movie. DO NOT DELETE OR RENAME THIS FILE, you will want it if you use it on "Windows Media Center". Copy the file named "folder" and then paste it in the same folder. It should say something like "copy-folder" (if your on Windows 7), now rename it the same name of your movie (the same name of your containing folder). That's it, you should have all your movie cover art.
