Remote control problem

Hi Everyone,

 

Unfortunately there is an error with my Seagate GoFlex Cinema´s remote control after couple of weeks using. I have changed the batteries and the IR light is on when I push the buttons but the media player does not react to it. Is there something I could try to fix it or should I return it to the place I bought it? Thank you very much for your assistance.

Hi,

 

The remote is OK as I can see through the camera IR. So there is something wrong with the media player.

If it's under warranty return it as soon as possible and get a new one.
