Seagate Media Sync software will not recognize and dispaly any drives/folders on my PC.

Ref: FreeAgent Flex TV STAJ100

 

I installed Seagate Media Sync software on my PC and it will not recognize or display any drives/folders on my PC.

Under: "Select a drive from the list below..." nothing is displayed. FreeAgent Media box operates OK, but software won't.

I installed the Media Sync software too but I didn't like it. Instead, I use the SyncToy tool from Microsoft. It's free, it's simple and it does the job pretty well (when it comes to sync'ing the files between two or more locations).
