At random times the sound-signal and/or video signal from my Theater+ is lost. I am trying to figure out if this is due to faulty Theater+ device or my Denon AVR-1910 receiver.
Receiver is connected through HDMI.
HDMI Signal out is "HDMI RAW", but it fails with the other options as well.
My version number is 1.45, but same problem with all other versions I have had.
I tried another HDMI input channel on the receiver, and although problem occurs less frequently, it is still present.
There is no problems with any other source, such as BluRay, DVD etc.
When I loose sound, I discovered by turning the receiver sound up a lot, the music still actually plays, but very very faint and low.
The last would indicate to me that the problem is with the receiver, but as the problem is only in connection with the Theater+ source, I am not sure. Any help or tip on how to proceed with the testing is appreciated.
