Theater+ Network Access to NAS

Can anyone help with a how-to for obtaining network access?  I have my PC and a Synology CS407E hardwired to a Linksys WRT610N.  All of my network settings seem to be good, I can access my NAS via the network.  I'm unable to access my NAS from the FreeAgent Theater+.  Everyone else I've heard talk about it so far seems to indicate that it's plug and play but I can't seem to get it to work.  I've created a workgroup and added the NAS to the workgroup.  I've opened up FTP, upnp, and about every protocol that is available to try to get the FreeAgent Theater+ to see the NAS.

What settings should I be messing with the be able to stream from the NAS to the FreeAgent Theater+ via the network?

Any help that anyone could offer would be greatly appreciated.

Re: Theater+ Network Access to NAS

With as much sucess as everyone was having, I figured that I must be doing something wrong, so I disconnected everything from the Routers ports and the TV.  I reconnected the NAS to port 2 and Theater+ to port 1.  Connected the Theater+ to the TV via HDMI, and everything fired up perfectly and I was able to see the NAS.  I think the problem was that I had the NAS mapped to port 2 but had the NAS and Theater+ cabled swapped.  Regardless, that problem is solved but a new one is created.

Now that I have access to my NAS, I'm a little disappointed in how the files are sorted.  I have all of my files categorized into folder.  But when I go into any of the folders, the files and folders aren't sorted alphabetically.  I haven't figured out what the Theater+ is sorting by but I think it might be files size.  Regardless, anytime I'm looking for a file in a folder with a lot of content, I can expect to do a lot of scrolling to look thru files that are organized seemingly at random.

I've tried just about every menu I can find to no avail.  Is there a way to adjust how the files and folders are sorted?  (Alphabetically A-Z, Z-A, Files size, movie length, etc)  I'd mostly be interested in A-Z but if anything were possible, it would be better than the chaotic organization structure that I have now.
