In my 500gb FreeAgent GoFlex data transfer gets paused in middle and resumes after some time . I formated my hdd using discwizard but the problem continue... Need help

Addition :

after formating the disk now i tried to copy a file in disk ... The file gets copied a little and freezes explorer

The freezing issue could be caused by outdated USB chipset drivers. Please take a look at this article we have available to see if it fixes it:

Drivers are fine. I used my HDD for almost an year now with same drivers and it worked fine but some 1-2 months ago when i see any video hard disk would just stop for a second and resume and also when i use to move some file to a new folder it would just get disconnected and gets connected again but now it just pauses any data transfering. I even formatted hard disk and my laptop to ensure that it is not the virus/software problem. I even tried it on windows 7 and linux (ubunto) on diffrent laptop but the problem is still there. And yes it gives some error when i try to copy any file in it -
windows delayed write failed
windows was unable to save all thd data for the file F:\$Mft. The data has been lost

Your drive may have a "weak" head or "slow" sectors.

Try a comprehensive SMART diagnostic. Look for reallocated, pending, or uncorrectable sectors.

Could we see a HD Tune read benchmark graph? There should be no large dips in the performance graph, and no significant scatter in the data points for the access time graph.
