I have tried to E-mail support using the webform.
However, after I submitt it, it gives some suggested topics to read. If I then click on the Escalate button it just brings me back to the [empty] form again.
I have tried it multiple days and used both Firefox and Internet Explorer.

I am having the same problem. I really would rather use email. Is there a timeframe on getting this fixed?

When you submit an e-mail inquiry to our support staff, be sure to click the "Escalate to Support" option. This will forward it to our staff.
In the meantime, I have forwarded your e-mail to the right department. As with the other forum user, please allow 24-48 hours.

That is exactly what I did.... And it promptly brings me back to the [blank] form again ![]()

I am having the same problem. I used firefox, safari, and chrome with the same results. Clicking escalate returns me to the form.

Thank you both so much for letting us know about this issue with the e-mail form. We have our development working in fixing this, but no definite ETA as of yet.
