Ok, I've been reading and re-reading the FAQ's on sending my GoFlex 1TB drive back and in one sentence it states ... DO NOT SEND Back Power Adapters... then on the other sentence it states SEND BACK Power Adapters.
From my understanding I'm going to send only the USB2.0 interface cable...with the fancy snap in 2.0 Module that snaps into the actual drive back...NOTHING ELSE. Correct?
I have the original store package...box, clamshell etc...do I use this or should I keep it too? Also, will I still need 2" of foam in the packing box...I have those self inflating air bags...wow.
