I've had my GoFlex for a while now, and have had no problems backing up. All of a sudden I am getting an error message for everyone of my files when I try to back up. The message is:
Not Supported/File skipped (backup of operating system files and folders ( those that have both system and hidden attributes) is not supported)
I also use my drive to save school work (I'm doing my master's degree) and other files that are too important, to not have on another drive (I've lost work before). I have no trouble accessing files I've saved or to save files on the drive. Back-up just won't work.
I couldn't make heads-or-tails what the troubleshooting section was saying. Anyone have any ideas?
I don't consider myself incredibly tech savvy, but can usually do fine if things are explained without tech jargon.
