Suddenly my Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex ultra-portable drive(500GB) cannot be recognized by my PC (Mac OS X 10.7). It does not appear in the Finder and Disk Utility. The light of FreeAgent keeps on blinking when connected to PC. Tried to connect to another PC, it does not appear as well. it ran for a month only after I've purchased the product 4months ago. Please advise solution how can I recover my files. Any authorized service center located in Metro Manila, Philippines? Appreciate your immediate reply.

Please try our external drive troubleshooter to see if you can access the drive again:
