Go Flex 1T How do I retrieve data to new computer?

My old computer gave up. I bought a new one, and have to access the Go Flex through the control panel, I can see all my old photos, but how do I get everything else that it said it was always backing up. When I first got it, I followed the instructions, and after a couple of hours it said it had everything backed up. I would like to retrieve everything.

I'd love to help you get this resolved. Can you let me know which software you used on your old computer to back up the data? What operating system was on the old machine and which is installed on the new one? Do you remember which other files it backed up previously?

I don't remember any software. I was using windows xp but now windows 7. . Photos are all that seem to be on it.
