I purchased this go flex because me other external hard drive was full. I am a photographer and use these to back up my work. I am needeing to send my Mac Book in to be worked on. At first I had a difficult time getting this Go Flex up and going on my Mac Book it recognized it was there but it would allow me to save anything to it. Eventually got it and got my current work saved to it. I went to make sure I could pull it up on my husband's Gateway laptop which is what I will be working off of until my Mac Book returns but I can't get it to even recognize on the Gateway. Can someone give me any idea of what I can do. My other external hard drive I go back and forth all the time no problem if needed. I'm not very technologically savvy so it could be something easy that I'm overlooking. Any help would be MUCH appreciated!
