GoFlex Desk 3TB drive not spinning down

Hi:

 

I have the 3TB GoFlex Desktop Drive and it's not spinning down. I have the sleep feature setup to default (15mins I believe). 

 

It won't even spin down when it's just sitting there with the USB cable disconnected.

 

Model: 9ZQ2N3-500 3TB

 

Any advice? Is there a firmware fix?
