@sebehk - Thanks for the clear instructions. I'd read elsewhere it was possible to load the installer for diagnostics and show the files that would be installed and their install locations - which is true - but your instructions were easier on the eye

you can also run the installer (link below), choose "custom install", uncheck the box for software to be installed, and check the "uninstall" box.

Robert, I cannot thank you enough for your post.
I had gotten 3 of the 4 files you listed but the last one, Seagate Storage Driver.kext was still working it's evil. This problem has not only cost me much time and heartache but several hundred dollars. I concur with the statement of shame on Seagate for such sloppy software. Their drives have worked for me in the past, that's why I remained a customer.
I am very grateful for folks like you who take the time to help those of us in dire situations. Thank you, thank you, THANK YOU!!!

Thanks for this post. I think it is exactly what I need to do to get rid of this disruptive software, but I am unable to delete the first 2 things. (I haven't tried the others yet.)
I got the following message: "The operation cannot be completed because you do not have sufficient privileges for some of the items."
I am the administrator for the computer. I have tried to delete the files both with and without the Seagate running and connected.
