Help! I've spent hours trying to fix this problem and am at my wit's end. Long story short is that I just want to restore my new Seagate GoFlex Ultra-Portable External Drive so that I can use it with both a PC and Mac. I had chosen the Mac option only when given the choice of PC & Mac or Mac only. Now, I've uninstalled the Memeo software but still can't seem to restore the drive so that it is like new and ready to be set up. I've also deleted (or at least attempted to delete) the backup-up that I had made under Mac use but it doesn't seem like I'm recapturing the original available storage (465GB) on the drive. Please tell me that I can restore this drive to like it was when out of the box originally. I can't find a way to get to the screen where I'm asked to make a choice for either PC & Mac or Mac only, like I could when I first set up the drive. I hope I can still go back to where I have the choice.

Connect it to a PC.
Reformat the drive - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/Create
