How to restore files from Freeagent Go Flex - Replica - 1 T - Newbie

Hi, I have no trouble backing up to my GoFlex.  When I click on it, it all opens up (in Windows Explorer) and I can see backup.  However, I tried to restore a section to my C-Drive and Copy and Paste does not work.  I can only restore individual files (I have about 1900 small embroidery files, approx. 900 MB, which I wanted to restore).  Could somebody please help.
