Installed Paragon 9.5 but NTFS drive still unable to show up on Desktop

Hi,

 

I just installed Paragon 9.5 on my MacBook Pro 13. I have checked the option to show external HDD on desktop however my NTFS external drive did not show up on desktop. 

 

In disk utility, the external drive is there but the "new volume" is greyed out. It also shows the external drive is not mounted.

 

How do I access my my NTFS drive? Please help.
