Memeo Sync in trial version for Go Flex Pro. Please help !!!

Hello, I have bought a FreeAgent Pro bundle with Free Premium Backup & Memeo Sync. However, when I started to use the Memeo Sync, there is a statement stated that your trial version will be expired in 30 days. At first, I did't care about that statement because I think the trial refer to Memeoshare & Memeo Send. As time pass by, the remaining trial days become lesser & lesser. In the end, I can't use it anymore when the trial expires. There is a statement shown at the bottom part of the MemeoSync : "Your free trial has expired! All syncs are suspended until you register this copy of Memeo Sync."

On the other hand, the Premium Backup is still useable.

 

Please help me to solve the problem. Thanks

You should be able to auto register your version of AutoSync with the GoFlex Pro.  Try the following steps:

 

1)  Attach your drive to your computer

2)  Quit AutoSync  (right click on AutoSync system tray icon and select Quit)

3)  Relaunch AutoSync

I have figured out the problem. I  can use the MemeoSync now. I think the main reason why MemeoSync remains in trial is because I didn't use the dock provided. I guess the dock somehow have a software in it to auto-register the MemoSync.

I have been using e-Sata cable for many days because I keep thinking that e-Sata cable can provide faster data transfer.

Anyway, thanks for your advice JNicanor. :smileyhappy: Really like this product.
