Hi  

I have just installed the Seagate Dashboard with the Memeo software on two computers.  The backup works correctly on one computer, with the data being stored in the Goflex Home Backup folder (as expected) on my Seagate 2TB NAS drive.  However, the story is different on the other computer where, despite selecting the Seagate drive prior to backing up, the actual backup was performed on a Maxtor external drive directly attached to the computer.  My question is: how can I redirect the Memeo automatic backup from the Maxtor to the Seagate NAS drive?  Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.

Hi Beegeebee,

You're going to need to start your backup plan over again on the system that backed up to the Maxtor.  First remove the current backup plan by going to the "Actions" menu.  After you have removed your backup plan you should then see a drop down list of all available back up destinations under the icon that represents your backup device.  Go ahead and select the proper destination and you should be good to go!
