Move Data from bare 3 TB MBR formated Drive? (From GoFlex Desk Enclosure)

I have a defective 3 TB GoFlex Desk Drive, and the drive is not detected by Windows or Seatools. I bought a second GoFlex Desk drive and tried to use the new interface, but the drive was still not detected.

However, when I removed the drive from the enclosure and connected it directly (via SATA), it was eventually detected. It then passed Seatools Short Self-Test and SMART.

Unfortunately, the drive shows up with an unformatted (349 GB) partition and (397 GB) unallocated space; total 746 GB (using EaseUS Partition Master) when connected directly. This is because Seagate formatted the drive using MBR (rather than GPT). Normally, Seagates’ hardware interface allows access to the whole 3 TB partition.

I need to recover more than 2 TB of data on this MBR formatted drive w/o using the hardware interface. Is this possible? For example, are there any software solutions that would allow me to copy the whole drive over to my 2nd working 3 TB GoFlex drive?
