GoFlex, GoFlex Desk, GoFlex Pro, GoFlex Slim, & GoFlex Turbo

I use Norton Utilities to back up my PC and it does not seem to work with my 2TB FreeAgent GoFlex Desk drive ?   When configuring the back up you can select the drive but when the back up begins you get an error message to attach a drive ?  I check and see that My Computer sees the drive and you can get to the files.  Are there any secrets to successfully complete a back up using Norton Utilities and the drive ?  Thanks much !

Did you ever receive a reply to this question?  I have the same issue.  Though it will ocassionally run.  Everything seems to be set up fine.
