Seagate Drive Settings App and Thunderbolt

I use the Seagate Drive Settings App (Version 1.1.2, Driver 5.1.1) on my Mac. The App is able to find USB and Firewire Hard Drives but did not show the Thunderbold Drives. Where is the problem? Any idea to solve them?
