Seagate GoFlex Desk 3TB doesn't work

Bought it yesterday and doesn't work anymore.

 

When I plug it on my pc, it starts making constant bip sounds.

 

Warranty covers this, right?

Would you check the power adapter for the drive and let me know if it's a 1.5V or 2V adapter?
