I had a hard drive from US which is not working after 15days of purchase and now Seagate India people are not repairing/replace it. Refer to the hard drive details:

The new hard drive is really having a bad life from Seagate. I can't find a worst Seagate hard drive ever. I was thinking to be a good drive from Seagate but now a days its useless drive to purchase. In case of any problem you will not get any guarantee at any corner of this global world. I had my all important backup into that drive and which is now lost and not recoverable. So I can't faith on Seagate anymore.
Now indian support people are saying that you can take approval from seagate after then we can replace it. So don't know where to go for approval. They mentioned normally we have repaired/replaced drive with approval from seagate..
