What transfer speed can I expect when copying large files from my computer to the External hard drive?
It's connected to a USB 3.0 port.
At this time, my transfer speed is about 80 MB/s. That's very disappointing for me, because I expected 5Gb/s = 625MB/s.
Does anybody have similar experiences?
Is there a way to check if the harddisk is working in USB3.0 or USB2.0 mode?
