I cant seem to stop memeoagent. Is there an easy way to uninstall memeo. Having looked at it I've decided to use timemachine instead, but now I cant get rid of it!

Used this method:

One ammendment: I used the free trial installer from:

http://www.memeo.com/mac/index.php

instead of the mediafire dmg

otherwise follow 2,3 and 4
