mac os = 10.6.8
go flex home firmware 2.7 -388
modem = bt home hub 3 (infinity)
here are my problems and what works and what doesnt
green and white lights both come on steady
drive is accessable from my mac over the wifi so no problem there
however the go flex does not show up on the wifi settings on my apple iphone (as the app suggests)
i can access the hub via seagate share and log in
the above is only available if i am in wifi range of the hub eg (my own home, rather pointless as i could use my mac)
when out of range i can view an image but mp3s have a 'no entry' type sign instead of a play button
also how can i share folders and sub folder content ? what use is it if you cannot ?
