I was doing a monthly checkup on my system to make sure everything was working ok and found a consistant report of the following under the reliability report.
MemeoDashboardService Stopped working
Am running Version1.1.0.1548, is there an update?
This occurs practically everyday. am wondering if it's normal or not. TIA
The copy of Dashboard you're using is somewhat outdated. We do have a newer version available for download. Try our download finder to see if it can be downloaded from there, otherwise send your drive info to me via private message here on the forums and I'll send it to you in another format.
The information I will need in that case is:
- Your drive's serial number
- Your shipping address [ for verification, due to embargoes on some countries ]
