3TB External USB HD Connected to GoFlex Home

I have read in the GoFlex FAQ: http://knowledge.seagate.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/220991en

 

That there is a way to partition my 3TB external USB drive as MBR and have the GoFlex Home see both partitions. I have tried using Disk Management in Windows 7 Professional but the GoFlex only sees the active partition.

 

Does anyone know how to resolve this.
