Can't access folders created by another user/computer - they are shaded

Hi

I have installed go flex home, and created two users, let's call them A and B. A was the original user, given admin rights. B was second account, also given admin rights. Problem is that when B creates folders on the 'server' (ie go flex), A can't access them - the folder appears shaded. B can access anything created by A and B. I am sure there is just some box somewhere that I haven't ticked correctly but have looked a few times and can't find anything. Have attached eg of what A sees.

Thanks.

in Seagate Share > Preferences, under Network Sharing there is an option "Enable Network Sharing for Private Files".

Is that set to Yes?

Another place to look is under Seagate Share > preference > Administration > Edit User - Let user Access Family Folder.

I am only guessing what the problem is because I can't find the  "attached eg of what A sees".

Is this in Seagate share, Windows Explorer, Apple Finder?
