I have tried everything to get this thing to work. First tried with one computer to install and then another computered. Uninstalled and reinstalled a few times with each computer. At no time has the drive letters/folders public, personal or backup appeared. Sometimes the dashboard will say "please connect a drive". At other times it seems to know something is there but I can not connect. Tried the Goflex_home search with no results. So far I think this thing stinks. I am not a newbie to computers and networks but this has not been a pleasant experience so far.
