Hello, I've had my go flex for a month or so and after just getting my iPhone. I have failed to connect too many times through the free agent app on my phone. How long will it take to refresh so I can long on. I have double checked the name, acct, and password. I'm just locked out from logging on correctly

How did you fix this?  I have the same problem.  I couldn't remember what I called my drive and when I finally found the name it told me I had tried too many times. Frustrating.

PLEASE! how did you fix this. I've had this on my iphone app now for an hour! I've removed the app and reinstalled it with no success.

You guys should be using HipPlay on your iPhone to access your GoFlex Home!  Much more features than GoFlex Access.
