I registered just for this question. I have an iPhone and want to use the GoFlex Access app but the image quality is very poor when viewing any photo. They appear very blurry when compared to how they should look.
Is there any plans for the app to display photos at their true quality??
I have the same issue. My vidoes, pictures, and music work fine over wifi but vidoes do not work over 3g. The app says usupported video format even though they work over wifi.
so until now no updates for the ios/android apps for goflex home?? still alot of movie formats are not supported.. i really feel cheated buying this product! what are the admins here doing? heyy! help your customers!
Are there any plans to allow pushing a shared file invite from the iphone or ipad app? Since the iDisk is going away from Apple I would really appreciate being able to execute this feature from my iphone or ipad.
I can't beleive that NO user has used this app for the iphone/ipad with goflex net and can offer the information for others! I can believe that seagate releases a product where theycan't answer the question on how to use it.
The username and password are the same that you used when setting up the goflex device at your home. At least it was on the android phone I installed it on
