GoFlex Home 2T showing empty on Explorer but not Seagate Share...Help

I came back to work to find that I can't access the drives on my GoFlex Home.  Windows Explorer says its empty and asks for permissions.  However, I am able to Log in, see and download the files from SeagateShare.com.  There has to be an easy explanation to fix this, but Im unable to find it.  I didnt do anything to change anything.  Yesterday everything was fine.  Please help.

So when explorer asks for permissions and you enter your Goflex home username and password, what then?

If the files are still showing in seagateshare then they are still on the drive, but the windows file sharing (samba) connection has messed up.

If you right-click on the drive in Windows Explorer and select properties, what capacity is showing Free space/ used space?

You can try repair http://support.seagate.hipserv.com/updates/selfcheck/

ps you should back up your valuable personal memories. Keeping them on a single storage device is always risky.
