The Seagate Dashboard does not work. I get the error " Unable to connect to the NAS unit"
Although, I am able to connect to the Drive through windows and through the browser.
I have successfully registered the network with Seagate. But the bundled program "seagate dashboard" never works. I have attached a screenshot of the error.
I have avast antivirus program. Also I have added "Seagate Dashboard" to Windows Firewall.
Any ideas on resolving the issue. It is frustrating to have a working drive but not having a working program
