I have connected my GF Home to a N750 NG router and can see the drive via the nw mapping. The UPnP is switched on and the LED's are steady green and white. The Dashboard application, when installed, tries to find the GP Home drive, but can not see it.  Can anyone help please as the Seagate help and Q&A is rubbish. Not reall impressed with Seagate as a product from this simple experience.   Nick

But to be honest the troubleshooter is mostly pointless and ends up suggesting installing without the dashboard anyway after a bit of token dicking around to waste time.

The dashboard doesn't seem to do anything useful even if you get it installed. For example there is a link to "Add other computers" but when you click it just tells you that you can't and to go to the other computer and install the software. Other links just fire up the web browser interface which you can access anyway by typing //goflex_home/ into a web browser( or //yourGFH_IPaddress/)
