Product is GoFlex Home 2 TB.
My computer is a MacBook Pro
Installed all software from CD, updated Mac book & Seagate software.
Unable to open GoFlex Home Agent.
Unable to transfer anything.
Contacted local internet to conferm their router was adequate,
Tried disabling firewall, changing all network settings, resetting all equipment.
