I port forwarded in my router manually (long story of UPnP incompatibility) and GoFlex Home Port Forwarding Tester shows all ports are open.
Port 21 (FTP access): This port is open / accessible from the internet.
Port 22 (Support): This port is open / accessible from the internet.
Port 443 (Secure Web access): This port is open / accessible from the internet.
Port 80 (Web access): This port is open / accessible from the internet.
However, when I log in via seagateshare.com, I receive the message:
The connection to your GoFlex Home is
being relayed through seagateshare.com
because a direct connection is not possible.
For a faster connection please set up port forwarding on your router.
And the url is cs-nasname.seagateshare.com.
What else do I need to set up?

How long did you wait between setting up port forwarding and testing? It may take a few hours for our servers to pick up the change, they've been very busy.
Cheers,
Roby!

Thanks Roby, clearly not long enough at a few minutes. I was in "change it-see whether it works" mode, not realising the server would have a delay to update the relay given it clearly accesses the device. Good to know.
Connects like lightning remotely now.

Watch you firewall too, I had my Cisco router blocking the incoming traffic. It took me awhile to see that issue.

Hello, I am having the same problem as the original poster.
However, it has now been a few days since I opened all these ports via port forwarding.
How long could it take to trickle through to your server? Could there be any other problem? All ports are, via your tool, listed as open.
Any help greatly appreciated, it's driving me mad!
Thanks!

The delay should be less than an hour. Reboot your GoFlex Home, if that doesn't work e-mail support@axentra.com with your GoFlex Home name, an admin username and password to investigate.
Cheers,
Roby!
