I have a network drive which I need to get the information off.
I have reset and it is showing the blue and white light, but still nothing.
When I do this
"To do so, please press a paper clip into the pinhole that's located on the side of the base and hold it for 10 seconds. Once it's been released for a few minutes, the LED lights on the front of the device should be a solid green and solid white. The drive should be accessible at this point. Please recreate your user accounts exactly the way they had been set up initially."
I get the following message when I go to seagateshare.com
NO STORAGE DEVICE PRESENT - Please insert a storage device now to manage and share your digital media.
The network drives are mapped and they are all showing that there is 45.8MB free of 211MB.
I have updated all the latest software and I have even tried to remove the drive na put it on a USB craddle of one of the other drives but still having same issue.
I see no files as all folders are looking empty.
Any help would be grateful as I have been trying to get info from it for a day now.

Also tried this
http://support.goflexhome.hipserv.com/en/reflash/i
but still no joy the green light just flashes then stays solid with no white light.
The only way to get a white light is to reset whilst powered on but still not picked anything up and still not showing all the folders and still showing all drives as 211MB size.

Also tried the basics of changing the network cable to make sure it was not that.
I am running Windows 7 Pro 32-bit
The next step is to break it open and put the HD in another case and get another make as this has done my head in.

As a last resort, have you also rebooted the router along with the GF Home? Do you have data stored on the drive that you need access to, or do you have it backed up somewhere else as well?

I have "As a last resort, have you also rebooted the router along with the GF Home?"
I have had an email from "Hicham - Seagate Global Customer Support" who has authorized me to remove external casing so I took it to a shop and they did it.
It turns out the drive is not spinning correctly and they could not get anything from it when they put it into another craddle.
the drive has family photo's on it and I backed it up regular but I have been in hospital for the past 2 months so nothing has been backed up since then which is a pain.
I do not want to throw the drive away but I have had to buy another drive and the shop put it in the case for me so I can start backing things up there will be information I need off this drive so I am in shoot street really.
I have placed the new drive in the craddle and I am still showing the drives are only 211MB with 45.3 free but at least the drive is spinning correctly now.

Just been to the company that I purchased the drive from on the 12 May 2011, are drives suppose to last longer then that ?
New drive in and up and running, all partitions are now showing the size of the drive (2TB) and how much is free space, time to see how much information I have lost because a drive failed after only 15months of light use.

Confirmation Seagate Drive is broken and sorting a return/renewal for me although data recovery is not covered by the warrenty so all information will be lost.
