I recently bought a GoFlex Home 3 terabyte drive it was working fine a couple of days ago but now it started to blink yellow, so I tried formatting my GoFlex drive and after that I got 0 bytes when it was detected on the Seagate Dashboard.
I tried plugging in another seagate 2 terabyte external drive and that worked toally fine over the NAS. Is there any way to reinstall the 3 terabyte drive so that it can work with the GoFlex.
Thanks

How did you format it?
Try formatting it in the Seagateshare preferences if that isn't how you formatted it.

I tried doing that but it cant detect the storage device the drive has 0 bytes.
It also says when the drive is plugged in the storage device is not connected to the GoFlex device.

Well that's confusing, before you said "... it was detected on the Seagate Dashboard".
Is the light still blinking? Which light was blinking? The top Goflex device light or the bottom drive light?
In windows file explorer if you type \\goflex_home\ into the address bar what do you get?

Sorry about that the light is always blinking yellow on the 3 terabyte drive that followed with GoFlex. But when I plugg in my 2 teravyte drive that I had from before then that blinks white like the other drive should do to.
When I typed \\goflex_home\ into the explorer I got asked about a username and a pass which then I entered and then came to the goflex_home
Also on each of my GoFlex Home Public, Backup, Personal it says on each of them that I have 50 MB of free space. but I should have allot more space then that.
