I am having an issue playing videos saved on my 2T goflex home drive. I was able to play the files just fine then recently it started giving me the error "unsupported file format". But I am having one exception. If I am on my home wireless network I can play the file without an error but if I go off the network I can't play it. But I can still access the files and folder. Any help would be appreciated.
